About Elevate Garage Door Repair
A Tigard garage door company built around one idea: the standard for this trade should be higher. Straight prices, real availability, and repairs done right the first time.
Why “Elevate”
A garage door spends its life going up. So should the standard of the people who fix it. Too much of this industry runs on hidden trip fees, phone quotes that double at the door, and pressure to replace hardware that could be repaired for a fraction of the price.
Elevate Garage Door Repair operates from 11950 Pacific Hwy W in Tigard, and we built the company around the three complaints we hear most from homeowners about other garage door companies.
The Three Promises
- The price is written down before work starts. The technician diagnoses the door, explains what failed, and hands you an exact written price. You approve it or you do not. Nothing is added afterward.
- The phone is answered when doors actually break. We are open every day of the week from 8 AM to 8 PM, including Saturday and Sunday. Doors do not check the calendar before they fail, and a stuck door on Sunday morning should not have to wait until Monday.
- Repair comes before replacement. If a $220 spring puts your door back in service safely, that is what we will recommend. We install beautiful new doors too, but only when replacement genuinely makes more sense than repair.
What We Work On
We handle residential and commercial garage doors across the southwest Portland metro: torsion and extension springs, openers from LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, and Marantec, lift cables, rollers, track, panels, safety sensors, remotes and keypads, weather seals, annual maintenance, full door installation from brands like Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, and Northwest Door, and commercial doors for shops, warehouses, and multi-door properties.
Our service area runs from our Tigard base through King City, Durham, Metzger, Bull Mountain, Tualatin, Sherwood, Beaverton, and Aloha.
Local Knowledge Is Half the Job
The southwest metro has a distinct mix of doors. Census data puts the median Tigard home at 1988 construction, which means thousands of builder-grade doors and openers from the 80s and 90s are wearing out on schedule. Metzger and King City run older. Bull Mountain and Sherwood run newer and heavier. Knowing what hangs in these garages before we arrive is why our trucks usually carry the right spring the first time.
